As tex-mex goes, this is a decent spot. The steak quesadillas are very good with a great texture and taste. The nachos were disappointing and were smaller with fewer toppings than advertised. A number of the drinks are mixed pretty sweet, so try asking for half sweetness if possible. The large lime margarita was pretty good and more balanced than some of the others drinks. The house chips and salsa were very tasty.
This was my first time in and I cant express how amazing this restaurant is. I don't normally write reviews but this has been a wonderful experience. They are up most professional to everyone who comes in and friendly. The food is amazing especially the Carnitas Tacos. There is a reason this place is rated so highly and I strongly recommend eating here if you love Mexican food.
Expensive but worth it, this just might be the best Tex-Mex in the entire DMV. Their meat is always tender and succulent (pause) plus every dish comes with its own side of guacamole/sour cream/salsa. The refried beans and rice are the only things I would classify as subpar.

Very nice, cozy and cheerful place. I loved the ambiance. All of the staff, even those who do not speak English, are very friendly and show kind demeanor while serving the customers. Tonight was very busy, they had a lot of customers but the food came very well. The food tastes yummy, and the portion is big I think the sizzling fajitas is a famous dish because I saw many people ordered it. I had sizzling fajita beef, and my friends had the same dish, but some got it with seafood, and others got it as a mix of chicken and see food. Everything was amazing. It was such a lovely night.
